ABOUT DOUVO
Douvo is the management app for tradespeople and small crews.
It is built in Greece and ships for iPhone and Android. Douvo brings the day's schedule and appointments, client records, phased projects, the crew, materials, expenses and payments into one place — and it works fully offline, with no network connection.
Signing in with a Google account
You create a Douvo account with your email address, with your Apple ID, or with your Google account. If you choose Google, Douvo receives only your name, email address and profile picture, and uses them solely to create your account and sign you into it.
Douvo does not request or receive access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or Contacts.

How do I cancel?
From your account on douvo.app, in two taps. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, whenever you like. Take on a helper, move to Crew and invite them by email — your data stays exactly as it is.
Do I need internet?
Not to work. The app keeps your data on the device and syncs automatically once it finds signal — even if you closed it in the meantime.
Does it issue invoices?
It produces a receipt and a pro-forma as PDF for your client. They are not official tax documents and are not sent to myDATA — leave that to your accountant.
What does my employee see?
The jobs you assigned them, the clients and the materials. No prices, profit or statistics — not even if they go looking.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone, iPad and Android phones. Your account is the same on all of them and your data syncs automatically.
Is my data safe?
It is stored encrypted on servers in Europe, and every business sees only its own. You can delete your account and all its data from inside the app.
